Are you looking for ways to work from home? I know firsthand how having a chronic illness can make it difficult to work full time or outside the home. Here are fifteen ways that I have found to make money from home. Some are online jobs working a customer service job, survey taking, tutoring, and a few more ideas. Here are some websites that pay either cash or reward you with gift cards:
Epoll.com -This is a survey site where you can redeem points for gift cards or other great products.
Oneopinion – Another survey site. You can earn gift cards for things like Amazon, PayPal, and Visa
Testspin -This is a place to take surveys and participate in focus groups. It pays with Amazon Gift cards.
Surveyspot.com -You can earn PayPal cash, and popular gift cards.
Mintvine – (Branded Surveys) Mint Vine is one of the better paying survey sites. They pay actual cash to your Paypal account or directly to your bank account. it offers everything from local deals and surveys.
Swagbucks -I have used Swagbucks for many years and have enjoyed mostly Amazon gift cards because that’s my favorite gift card. There are many others as well. Swagbucks offers surveys, polls, clipping coupons and many other things you can earn points for that turn into gift cards. Every point is worth 1 cent. If you have 500 points you can earn a five dollar gift card!

LiveOps– Jobs are offered in customer service such as taking food orders to insurance claims.
Arise.com– Primarily home-based micro call centers.
Workingsolutions.com– You will be an independent contractor providing different things for different clients. The sign up process is a bit lengthy, but you can earn anywhere form $9 to $30 depending on the program.
ACDDirect.com – Call center experience a must.

Just Answer – This is a site for making some pocket change. You earn 20% on what the person is willing to pay for your answer if it’s accepted. You can work your way up to 50%.
Tutor.com- If you have a college degree and the skills to tutor online, this job may be for you. Go to If you pass there probationary period you can earn between $10 to $14.
Amazon.com– Do you have cd’s or books that are still in good condition? Try selling them on Amazon. This is by far one of the most popular sites for selling things.
Ebay– I have been selling on this site for many years. I’ve never made it into a full time business, but have been able to make money towards a vacation, etc.
Here are some new opportunities I have come across recently.
DogVacay.com– This is a site where you can find jobs for watching dogs in your home. There’s potential to make $1000 a month part time. If you love animals this may be a great fit.
