My doctor just recently told me she would like me to try a gluten free diet. She thinks it may help with a few chronic health issues I have. I’m glad that they have more gluten free foods in the grocery stores now. The only thing is they are so much more expensive. I guess if I stick to more whole, fresh foods like fruits and vegetables I can’t go wrong. I bought some gluten free buns that are Udi’s brand. I have not tried them yet. I will let you know what I think. I bought some tortilla and rice chips. I do realize just because it’s gluten free does not mean it is healthy! If any of you have any suggestions or tips on how to save money while eating gluten free I will certainly welcome them.
