I have been using SparkPeople for a few years now. If you want to use an online plan that is free I highly recommend it. You can keep track of your calories. It will tell you how many calories you have left for the day to consume in order to stay in your limits. Right now they have a January Jumpstart Challenge going on where you can keep track of your exercising habits. It can be found here.
A 31 day Unbreakable Resolutions calendar can be found here. I found the tips very helpful and plan to implement them into my goal setting.
Sparkpeople also has meal plans, personalized fitness plans and teams you can join to help you stay motivated and receive support. The message boards are also a good place to receive support. They also have a section on recipes. If you sign up for Sparkpeople you will receive helpful articles a few times a week.
