I bought some silk flowers and grapevine wreaths last summer at a rummage sale. I finally got around to making my wreath. It ended up being a very frugal wreath. I think the wreath was 0.50 and the flowers were $1.00.
I just started placing the silk flowers and leaves around the grapevine wreath where I wanted them. After that I took my hot glue gun and put small dots on the wreath where I was going to place the flower.

The ribbon actually came from a wedding I attended. So, for around $1.50 I made myself a wreath!
Here is another one I made. This one was a little more expensive because I got the flowers at Joann Fabrics. I did get them for 50% off. They are expensive, so I refuse to pay full price! I hope this inspires you to make something of your own.
