I have been hunting for charitable Christmas gifts, and have found a few that give to great causes! Here are 10 of them.
1. World Crafts– This is an organization that help sustainable fair trade businesses in twenty-eight different countries. Some of their products include jewelry, tote bags, journals, and greeting cards.
2. The Open Arms Shop– This organization provides jobs for refugees that have resettled in America. They employ them at a living wage to make products out of recycled t-shirts. They sell beautiful one of a kind skirts and scarves.
3. 147 million Orphans– This foundation provides food, water, and medication for impoverished children. They mostly work with the countries Haiti, Honduras, and Uganda.They sell hoodies, t-shirts, tote bags, jewelry, and more.
4. Noonday Collection– Two moms from Austin, Texas came up with an idea to start selling these products in trunk shows. The organization also gives women the opportunity to start a social selling business. The money helps provide jobs and helps raise money for families wanting to adopt. Their items include jewelry accessories, and home gifts.
5. Freeset– This site has a line of fair- trade eco-friendly bags and organic cotton t-shirts. The money goes to offering freedom to women trapped in the sex trade. They offer about 180 women from Kolkata, India dignified employment.
6. The Mercy House– This organization was started by Kristen Welch, t he author of the blog We Are That Family. It helps provide a safe place for Kenyan pregnant girls to be cared for during their pregnancy. They offer prenatal care, education, and spiritual care. Some of their products are gift wrap, t-shirts, and jewelry. I will be doing a giveaway and virtual party starting this Monday.
7. Just Love Coffee– This organization helps provide funds for families wanting to adopt. They are selling holiday coffee tins right now.
8. Thistle Farms– This is a social enterprise run by the women of Magdalene. It is a residential program helping women survive after a life of prostitution, trafficking, and addiction. They sell bath and body products.
9. Hill Country Hill Tribers– This is a refugee community in Austin. They have helped about 30 families earn more than $75,000. They sell zippered clutches, scarves, and jewelry.

10. Ten Thousand Villages– They help unemployed artisans with the opportunity to earn vital income and improve quality of life. They establish a sustainable market for their handcrafted products. They sell plant and garden items, baskets, toys, and much more.
