I am having a give-away for a necklace from The Mercy House collection. The Mercy House is an organization that provides a safe place for pregnant Kenyan girls to stay. They receive prenatal care and proper nutrition, among other things.
This is a necklace made by the Kenyan women. Each bead is made of several pieces of paper rolled to create the size and shape. Each necklace is 100% unique. No two are alike. It is a $25 value. Just go on over to The Mercy House website and pick which item you would like to own and then leave a comment telling me which one you like. The give-away will end on Sunday, December 16th at 3p.m. Eastern.

Wow, what a worthy cause! It’s organizations like these that keep hope and happiness alive in the world. They inspire me to be as kind and generous in my life, and I think that (a little naively, maybe? haha) it will help make the world a little better, someday. I love all the pieces on the website, they are all absolutely stunning. My favorite is the Green Large Funky Paper Bead Necklace; they look like turquoise gems all strung together, like a precious line of little treasures.
