I have been making the switch to velvet hangers gradually. The slim hangers take up less room in my closet, which is great. I also like the fact that the hangers are non slip. They have a groove on each side to prevent your clothing from slipping off the hanger.
A few weeks ago I found a set of 10 lime green velvet hangers at Five Below. I thought the price was great at ten hangers for $5. Then I went to The Dollar Tree, and found two pack sets of black velvet hangers for $1, which amounts to being the same price as the previous hangers. But this weekend I went to Cleveland for my sister’s 40th birthday. I grew up in the Cleveland area, so I always like to visit. They have a grocery store/ drug store called Marcs. I really wish they were nationwide. You can find some really great deals. There on a shelf I spotted these pretty pink hangers. I was very surprised when I saw the price. Ten hangers for $1.99! You can’t beat that. I will be showing you my closet redo when it is finished.
