I LOVE looking at pinterest! I could spend days on there! I saw people pinning beautiful ribbon wreaths. They didn’t seem too complicated. I took a wire hanger I got for free from a dry cleaners. I pulled it into a circle shape. (sorry I don’t have any pictures.) I headed to Jo Ann Fabrics and bought some pretty ribbon in purple shades. I had no idea it would take so much ribbon! The hanger was free, but I probably spent about $15 to $20 on ribbon. I used about six rolls! I also bought some wired sparkly ribbon to add to the fullness and give it a little extra something.
Here is my sparkly ribbon. |
I ended up loving it! I think it would be great for Easter or Spring. Have you made a ribbon wreath? If so, how much did it cost?

That is so cute! I’m a little behind in my Pinterest addiction but I find myself spending more and more time there! Found you through The SITS girls Saturday Sharefest…

Pretty! I did the same thing for my daughter’s nursery but I used a styrofoam wreath form. It took so much more ribbon than I thought! #throwbackthursdayslink http://www.confessionsofageorgiapeach.com
