I have been trying to take simple steps to eating healthy like eating more green leafy vegetables. I figure the more healthy eating decisions I make the better. Instead of eating a sandwich with bread I’ve been adding my turkey to a salad instead. It did not help that my husband brought home a bag of Smiley cookies from Eatin Park. I knew I would not be able to resist.My husband told me all I have to do is not eat them! I know from past experiences that that will be too much of a temptations, so I took the bag and put them in our downstairs freezer so it would be harder for me to get them. Whatever it takes!

I’ve been trying to get into Paleo diet because the response to this kind of life style is overwhelming! But before I want to start on this paleo diet just like as you said, simple steps in eating healthy is the way to go. As for me, I’m trying to eat organic food as much as possible and not those processed food in the market, I substituted my sugar from a honey bought from a farm. I’ve tried eating fresh foods and eating in the rainbow fruits! Simple step will definitely take us there eventually all we need is perseverance and endurance.
