Four Resources for Self Care
My Yearly Self Care Planner includes an assessment asking questions about your mental, spiritual, and physical health. It features three parts to the planner which are monthly vision boards, a monthly planning page, and daily pages. The daily pages give you a list of self care ideas if you’re having a hard time coming up with your own. It has places for brain dumps (writing down everything that is swirling around in your head that you need to attend to.) There is space to record your healthy habits, such as supplements you’re taking, water intake, and eating more green leafy vegetables. This is valued at $9.99.
This is an online class that includes topics on therapy, exercise, lifestyle changes, etc. It also comes with seven digitally filled workbooks. The act of taking notes has always helped me remember things better and put them into action. This is valued at $29.
Part of my self care includes remembering what I’m grateful for at the end of the day. This is a 30 day gratitude journal to help you remember your blessings and what really matters. Keeping a gratitude journal has been so vital in my journey with chronic illness. This is a $10 value.
The author of this printable binder was diagnosed with Hashimotos. She needed a way to keep track of all her specialists, medications, reactions, supplements and even more. I know from experience that it can be hard to remember everything and tell each doctor your medical history. The less I have to keep in my head the better! Get your printables and print them as many times as you like! These printables are a $7 value!
This is another helpful resource for self care while living with chronic illness.
If you’ve been a follower of my blog for any amount of time, then you know I love crafts. This includes scrapbooking, bible journaling, card making and other paper crafts. I consider it part of my self care. Being creative helps me get outside of myself.
This is a four week online class to help you find your personal creativity. Each week includes a specific topic for you to explore along with a video, guided workbook exercises and either a scrapbooking or art journal project. This course alone is $90 and it is a part of the Ultimate Homemaking Bundle for $29.97!
