Fall is my second favorite season after summer. I love the crisp air, beautiful colors, and weather that’s not too hot or too cold. I have created a Fall Bucket List with free printable to help you and your family do easy activities. Some can be done alone or are more fun with others.
Most of these activities don’t require a lot of energy or time. For instance, snuggling with a good book and sipping mulled cider or hot chocolate requires little energy. Hopefully you enjoy them.
Here are ten ways I like to bring in the new season. I made sure that they are covid friendly.
- Jump in a pile of leaves- I love the care-free feeling!
- Take a drive and observe the brilliant colors. This is one of my favorite activites.
- Prepare s’ mores. You can use Nutella, caramel, strawberries, bananas, peanut butter, etc for a twist.
- Decorate your home and porch. Here’s how I’ve decorated my home.
- Prepare a pot of spicy chili! Here is an easy recipe.
- Buy a pumpkin and carve it. Roast the seeds. They are delicious!
- Make a Thankful Tree giving thanks for all you have. This is a great family activity.
- Bake some yummy pumpkin muffins. Here is my favorite recipe.
- Make steaming hot mulled cider. This is even better by a roaring fire!
- Make a craft with your kids using leaves. Some of the more elaborate ones would be fun to do by yourself or another adult too.
