Hello! I am so glad you are here! I am Tanya and I have had fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome for over twenty years. I created this blog for people dealing with any chronic illness who is looking for some encouragement, inspiration, and support. I love crafts, making new foods, and my family. The kinds of things on my blog will be fairly simple because I know we have limited energy, but still want to create something beautiful. I will also have helpful tips for raising a family while living with a chronic illness.
I have two children, a boy and girl. My oldest is in college and my son is still in high school. My husband and I met in college and were married a year after I graduated. Nine months later we had a beautiful baby girl, Kaitlyn Miranda. When she was only a few weeks old she became very ill with a virus. This is about the same time I was having strange symptoms and was finally diagnosed with fibromyalgia and CFS. My baby girl fought hard , but finally passed away at the age of two and a half. We will always remember her. Through it all God and my family have helped me through the trials of life and have been there for the many joys too.
I have taught preschool and tutored children ages Pre-K through fifth grade. I love everything crafts, decorating and uplifting music. I also like finding a good deal! I try to make sure nothing on my site costs too much because I know many of us are spending our money on medical bills, perscriptions and supplements.
Here are some posts that will give you a taste of what you’ll find on this blog:
