There are so many family Thanksgiving ideas on the web right now, that I wanted to come up with my own. I decided to make a Thanksgiving gratitude journal that would be used every year. I just happened to find a blank journal with leaves on it at the Dollar Tree. I thought this would be perfect for the fall season.
Last year I came across some printables at Life Your Way for a “Count Your Blessings” gratitude journal. I just decided to paste them into my book instead. I also pasted one on the front cover. I also liked the way Life Your Way punched holes in it and tied it with a ribbon. Either way would make a nice tradition for Thanksgiving. I had my family take turns every day recording things they were thankful for starting the week before Thanksgiving. You can also see the Thanksgiving Gratitude Tree we made. I hope this inspires you to keep your own gratitude journal with your family.

Wonderful idea! I’d love if you shared this post on my link-up, Twenty-Two Days of Thanks (http://fibrofitandfab.blogspot.com/p/twenty-two-days-of-thanks-on-fibro-fit.html). I think it would be an idea a lot of people would like. ๐
Thanks for stopping by my blog earlier, too. I appreciate it!

This is such a great idea! I’d be afraid I wouldn’t keep it up. I haven’t even done the Today I’m Grateful for that everyone has been doing. It’s not that I’m not grateful, there is just so much going on. ๐
What a lovely idea. I love to journal & even my youngest daughter has started. Thanks for visiting & linking up this week. Come by anytime & share or visit. Your new follower. Visiting from @ DearCreatives.com
